Edward Oluwasanmi Adebayo is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Ife (Now OAU) in 1984 and an MBA from Bayero University, Kano (1998). Edward had his professional training with Akintola Williams Deloitte. He commenced his professional career as a Qualified Trainee and rose to the post of Senior Manager. His professional career with the foremost accounting and consulting firm spanned through 18 years. He was involved in assurance and advisory, taxation, company secretarial and consulting assignments. He was also involved in key aspects of various engagements including developmental organization, public companies and non – governmental organizations.

Mr Michael Olabanji Ojo is the Quality Control Partner in the firm. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Banji has a multidisciplinary background cutting across the sciences, Audit and Accountancy, Taxation and banking practice. He graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1991 with a second class honors, upper division in Microbiology.
He had his professional training with Akintola Williams Deloitte and managed audits of many companies and organizations in the country. Banji was also involved in taxation assignments in Kano office of the practice before opting for the banking industry where he made a brilliant career. Banji has considerable experience in assurance services, internal audit and fund management. He also has excellent project management skills.

Alhaji A. A. Idris is the Director in charge of Tax/Corporate services. He is a B.Sc.(Hons) Mechanical Engineering holder. He was with the Federal Ministry of Industries (Inspectorate Division) for many years before he left for private practices.
