Sanmi Adebayo & Co. was registered by Corporate Affairs Commission in February 2008 with the registered address as 6 Ogidi Street, Garki II, Abuja to carry on the business of Auditing, Taxation and business & financial consulting services. The licence to practice in this light was granted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria on 24 April 2008. Mr. Edward O. Adebayo, who is the Managing Partner, commenced the operation of the firm in January 2009, following his disengagement from Akintola Williams Deloitte, after 18 years of post qualification experience with the firm.
